Return & Refund Policy

At Black Ace Technology, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of purchase provided that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and receipts are included.

The product is not altered, installed incorrectly, or physically damaged by the customer.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Software, downloadable products, or digital licenses once activated

Items damaged by misuse, power surges, water, or physical impact Products without proof of purchase from Black Ace Technology

Clearance or promotional sale items marked “FINAL SALE”

3. Defective or Faulty Products

If you receive an item that is defective or not working properly:

Notify us within 48 hours of purchase

Our technical team will inspect the product

If found defective, the item will be:

Repaired, or Replaced with the same or equivalent product, or Refunded if replacement is not available

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for:

Same product replacement (if faulty)

Product upgrades (price difference applies)

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective.

Products must be securely packaged to avoid shipping damage.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

7. Warranty Claims

Many of our products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service and duration vary by product. Please contact us for warranty support.
